Every mattress is built at our own plant on the Mukono to Jinja road. We control the foam density, the quilting and the finish, so if something is wrong it comes back to us and we fix it.
Built for Ugandan beds
Standard 3 × 6 through 6 × 6, the sizes beds are actually made in here, with custom sizes made on order for hotels, schools and anyone whose frame is not standard.

Rosefoam is the flagship brand of Royikems Foam Company Ltd, established on 2 October 2013 as part of Royikems Industries Ltd, a proudly Ugandan manufacturing group based in Mbalala, Mukono. We manufacture mattresses for homes, hotels, schools and hostels across the country.
One brand, made to cover every need: from an entry level Bonnel spring to a flippable pocket hybrid, all built at the same plant to the same standard, and backed by a mission to keep quality durable and affordable for every Ugandan home.

Our founder
From a boda to an industrial group
Mr. Zikusooka Robert is a Ugandan entrepreneur and industrialist, and the founder of Royikems Foam Company Ltd and the wider Royikems Industries Ltd group. His story is one of starting small and thinking big: determination, resilience, and innovation carried him from humble beginnings into building a diversified industrial company.
His business journey began in motorcycle riding, work that laid the foundation for everything that followed. Looking for a more sustainable path, he moved into selling motorcycle spare parts, where he built the grounding in business management, customer relations, and trade that every one of his later ventures would rest on.
With that experience behind him and a growing vision ahead, he established Royikems Industries Ltd, turning years of hands-on trading into a diversified enterprise. The group now operates through three businesses: Royikems Foam Company Ltd, manufacturing quality foam and mattress products for comfort and wellbeing, Five Star Plastics Ltd, focused on plastic manufacturing, and RZ Innovations Ltd, which makes motorcycle brake shoes and tyres.
His leadership shows what a Ugandan business can become when vision, discipline, and persistence are followed through: local manufacturing, real employment, and a diversified group built from one trade at a time. He continues to lead with a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable growth, building enterprises meant to create lasting value for customers, employees, and the wider community.
